We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, re-sellers or distributors. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. For more detail, please review our Returns Policy.

ONE ART LTD - Copyright and Licensing Notice:

The images that are being provided to you are licensed copies for any reasonable personal or business purposes, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, website and social media publishing.

With this license you are also purchasing the rights to;

·       Download the licensed image and use the image as part of a digital publication such as an e-book or e-magazine. The image can be used on the cover and/or inside pages of the digital publication. This license has no time restriction. The licensee can use the image in the digital publication forever.

·       Download the licensed image and use the image as part of a physical publication such as a book or magazine. The image can be used on the cover and/or inside pages of the publication.  Please note - this license does NOT include CD covers or inserts, DVD covers or insert, Blu-ray covers or inserts, video covers or inserts, or any other packaging of any sort. This license has no size restriction.  

When printing the licensed image in the physical publication, the image may be of any size.

·       Download the licensed image and use that image/footage to create promotional materials that are NOT for resale. For example, the image could be used to produce business cards, corporate brochures, flyers, postcards, pens, etc. as long as the products will be used strictly for promotional purposes and will not be resold.

The images/footage may not be uploaded or displayed on any website or other medium which is designed to induce the sale of "on demand" products such as canvas prints, framed prints, t-shirts, coffee mugs (i.e. the licensee can not upload the image to FineArtAmerica.com, Cafepress.com, GettyImages.com, Shutterstock etc.)

The images/footage may not be sub-licensed to a third-party or offered for sale as a standalone file on any website or other medium (i.e. the licensee can not attempt to sub-license the image or upload it to stock photography sites such as GettyImages.com, Shutterstock.com, etc.).

Your purchase of the original files realises One Art LTD from any liability due to the loss or damage of the images and also realises One Art LTD from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital files or images.

You hereby grant One Art LTD and Daniel Szczesny as a founder of the company the right to use and publish images and footage taken at your photography session to further promote its service, including portfolio, website, display, advertisement, social media and editorial use.

One Art LTD may revoke this license at any time and for any reason. One Art LTD retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof.
